Worry-Free Cancellation Policy
1) You can get a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 60 days before departure, no reason needed. 2) You’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit if you cancel between 60 and 7 days before departure, no reason needed. 3) No deposit refund for cancellation within 7 days before the departure. Anyway for both points 2 & 3, you have the possibility to reschedule your tour anytime in the future at no extra cost (rather than cancelling) and still use the full deposit paid. 4) Finally, in the rare case of a hurricane, a pandemic or any new laws or executive orders forbidding US citizens to travel to Cuba you'll get the full deposit back, no matter when you cancel. Important! Point 4 only applies if you are unable to travel for the reasons mentioned above, not if you choose not to travel. If you decide not to go due to any personal concerns, you can reschedule your tour, but your deposit will not be refunded. The deposit serves as a down payment to secure your accommodations, transportation, and activities with our local providers. According to our agreements with the local providers, deposits are refundable only for cancellations made at least 60 days in advance or if travel to Cuba becomes impossible due to extraordinary circumstances. Otherwise, providers offer the option to reschedule for a future date. Exceptions: - The E-Visa (85 Usd) which is included in all the tour packages is not refundable. - Flights included in our All-Inclusive Packages follow the refund policy of the airline that issues the ticket. In most cases, refunds are provided as travel credit. If you prefer a cash refund to your original payment method, this is often available by selecting a higher fare class, which usually comes with added benefits and more flexible refund options.
