Easy Booking Process

1. Choose the Tour Package that best fits your preferences or contact us to work together on a tailor made itinerary.

2. Once you're ready to book, you can fill out the contact form or send us an email.

Make sure to provide all the info such as:

• The Package you're interested in.
• Standard, Deluxe, or Premium option.
• Your preferred dates.
• Number of participants.
  
  

3. We'll prepare and send you an Official Invoice including the detailed itinerary.

4. To confirm your reservation only a 25% - 30%  deposit  is required.

The deposit can paid in USD to our Bank Account in USA by a AHC transfer, Zelle or Venmo.

Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted through paypal +3.50% card  processing fee.

5. We will book your flight from the USA and purchase your Visa which includes the mandatory Medical Insurance.

6. Finally, a few weeks before your scheduled departure, you will receive all the other important information and details for your trip as well as the instructions about how to fill out the DViajeros Form, a document to be shown at the arrival to speed up the customs and immigration process.

 

Worry - Free Cancellation Policy

1) Full refund of the deposit for cancellations up to 28 days before the departure.

2) 50% refund of the deposit for cancellations between 28 days and 7 days before the departure.

3) No refund for cancellation within 7 days before the departure.

Anyway for both points 2 & 3, you have the possibility to reschedule your tour anytime in the future at no extra cost (rather than cancelling) and can still use the deposit paid.

4) Finally, in the rare case of a hurricane, a political issue, a pandemic, or any other reason out of your control that makes your trip impossible, you'll get the full deposit back even if you have to cancel the trip on the same day.

This way, you'll never lose your deposit.
