Booking Process
1. Choose the Tour Package that best fits your preferences or Contact us to work together on a Tailor Made Itinerary.
In case you are interested in a Group Tour, please read carefully the detailed itinerary and the available dates.
2. Once you're ready to book, you can fill the contact form or send us an email.
Make sure to provide all the info such as:
- The Package you're interested in.
- Standard , Deluxe or Group option.
- Your preferred dates.
- Number of Participants
3. We'll prepare and send you an Official Invoice including the detailed itinerary.
4. To confirm your reservation, a small Deposit is required.
In case of a Group Tour, it will be confirmed once 4+ participants commit for the same tour package and dates.
If nobody else books the same tour, you can change your dates or get a full deposit refund.
5. We will then book your Flights from the USA, which include the mandatory Medical Insurance and apply for your Visas.
Finally, few weeks before your scheduled departure, you will receive all the other important info and details for your trip as well as the instructions about how to fill the DViajeros Form, a document to be shown at the arrival to speed up the custom and immigration process.

Mind Free Cancellation Policy
1) Full refund of the deposit for cancellations up to 28 days before the departure.
2) 50% refund of the deposit for cancellations between 28 days and 7 days before the departure.
3) No refunds for cancellations within 7 days before the departure, but you have the possibility to reschedule anytime in the future and still use the deposit paid.
4) In the rare case of an hurricane, a political issue, pandemic or any other reason out of your control which makes your trip impossible you'll get the full deposit back even if you have to cancel the trip on the same day.
In this way you'll never lose your deposit.
